Terms of service

You must be an adult to create an Imagiverse account, and you are responsible for the activity in it. Child profiles are created and managed by you.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Printed keepsake books and gift codes are one-time purchases, separate from a subscription. Printed books are produced and shipped by our print partner; delivery estimates are shown before you pay. Because each book is personalized, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, email us and we will make it right.

Stories and illustrations generated for your child are yours to read, print, and share for personal use. You keep the details you entered. We may not resell your stories.

Do not use Imagiverse to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, or unsuitable for children, and do not attempt to bypass the age filters. We may suspend accounts that do.

Stories, illustrations, and narration are produced by AI. We filter for age appropriateness, but generated content can occasionally be imperfect. Please review a story before sharing it with your child, and report anything that seems wrong.
