Who we are
Imagiverse creates personalized children's stories. The account holder is always an adult. Questions about this policy go to hello@imagiversemagic.com.
What we collect
- Your email address and account credentials.
- Child profile details you choose to enter: first name or nickname, age, interests.
- The stories, illustrations, and narration generated for your account.
- Basic usage data such as pages viewed and features used, so we can improve the product.
- Payment status from Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
How your information is used
Child profile details are used to generate stories and to keep characters consistent between adventures. Your email is used for your account, receipts, and product notices. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use children's details for advertising or ad targeting.
AI processing
Story text, illustrations, and narration are produced by third-party AI models that we call on your behalf. The prompt we send contains the story details you entered (for example a first name, an age, and an interest). We do not send your email address or payment information to these models.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access restricted to Imagiverse. Stories and profiles are kept while your account is open so your child can re-read them. Deleting a story, a profile, or your account removes that data from our database.
Your choices
- Edit or delete any child profile from your account page.
- Delete individual stories at any time.
- Delete your entire account, which removes your profiles and stories. Email us if you would like written confirmation.
- Unsubscribe from product emails using the link in any message.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as narrator voice. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is used, we will update this page and note the date above.
